為執行清算及其之剩餘款項分配事宜，原預定於4月8日召開的特別會議受冠狀病毒COVID-19疫情影響將延期召開。待疫情狀況允許召開且確認新的會議日期時，將分別寄發會議邀請予各股東。(詳通知原文如下)

“Initially this meeting was planned to be held on April, 8th 2020. Due to the COVID-19-crisis the meeting has to be postponed and will be held as soon as the circumstances allow again.

You will be invited separately, once the new date of the extraordinary general meeting will be fixed.”
